Addendum – June Special Promotion

This addendum applies to members who enroll under the June 2025 promotional offer at Tysons Playground.

As part of this limited-time promotion, any new member who joins during the month of June 2025 will receive July 2025 free of charge.

Terms of the Promotion:

This offer is valid only for new memberships initiated between June 7 and June 30, 2025.
Today’s payment covers the prorated amount for June only. The next full membership payment will be billed on August 1, 2025.
The free month (July 2025) does not count toward the 12-month membership commitment. The 12-month term will begin on August 1, 2025, and end on July 31, 2026.
All other terms and conditions outlined in the original 12-month membership agreement remain in full effect, including billing policies, early termination fee, and usage rules.

By signing this addendum, the member agrees to the terms listed above as part of their membership contract.
