Tysons Playground – Guest Pass Terms & Agreement

Guest Pass Conditions

1. Your guest pass is valid only for the time period selected at purchase.

2. This pass is for one person only—only the pass holder may enter the facility. No guests or tag-alongs.

3. Pass holders must follow all facility rules while using the gym.

4. You are welcome to purchase this pass again as needed.

5. All payments are non-refundable.

6. There is no charge for the trial, but a card on file is required to activate and guarantee your access to the facility.  

Facility Surveillance & Unauthorized Entry Policy

- Tysons Playground is under 24-hour video surveillance for the safety of all members.

- Only the registered pass holder is allowed to enter the facility.

- If you allow another person to enter using your access, a $250 fine will be charged to your card on file.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT

By using Tysons Playground facilities, I acknowledge and agree with the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in fitness activities, strength training, and using gym equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Waiver & Release of Liability

I waive, release, and forever discharge Tysons Playground, its owners, employees, trainers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Fitness & Emergency Care

I confirm that I am physically fit and have no conditions that would prevent safe participation.

In case of an emergency, I authorize Tysons Playground to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tysons Playground from any legal claims, costs, or damages arising from my use of the facility or equipment.

5. Binding Agreement

This waiver applies to me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

6. Severability & Governing Law

If any portion of this waiver is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Virginia.

Media Release

By using the facility, I give Tysons Playground permission to use my name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to its training programs and facilities.

Re-Racking Fee Policy

To maintain a safe and respectful gym environment, we enforce a $25 re-racking fee if weights are not returned after use.

- Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance.

- If a violation is recorded, the $25 charge will be charged immediately to the card on file.

- A copy of the video will be emailed to the member.
