Facility Rules

To help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful training environment, Members agree to:

Re-rack all weights and clean equipment after use
Respect staff, members, and gym equipment
Use equipment responsibly and as intended
Follow all posted gym and sauna rules
Report damaged equipment or safety concerns promptly
Re-rack violations may result in fees as authorized in the separately signed Membership Agreement.
Tysons Playground reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misconduct, unsafe behavior, unpaid balances, or violations of facility policies.

Facility Access

The facility remains locked 24/7 for member safety
Entry is managed through the Gymdesk App
Access may be suspended immediately for overdue or failed payments

Sauna Guidelines

Sit on a towel at all times
Clothing optional — nudity is not permitted
Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes
No phones, photography, or glass containers
Exit immediately if feeling dizzy or unwell
Respect the shared co-ed environment
Failure to follow sauna rules may result in suspension of sauna privileges.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

I understand that participation in gym activities, strength training, sauna use, and the use of exercise equipment involve inherent risks, including serious injury, illness, property damage, or death.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and use of Tysons Playground facilities, equipment, services, and amenities.
I hereby release and hold harmless Tysons Playground, its owners, employees, contractors, trainers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from injury, illness, death, or property loss related to my participation or use of the facility, except where prohibited by law.
This waiver applies to me and to my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.

Media Release

I authorize Tysons Playground to use photographs or video footage of me taken within the facility for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment

By signing electronically, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these Facility Rules and Liability Waiver. I acknowledge that this electronic agreement is legally binding and has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
